We will review your insurance needs and shop them among our carriers to find you the best options available from which to purchase. Each companies offers something different. As professionals we can help guide you through the process.

Does it cost more to have an agent?

We do not charge any seperate fee(s) for our service.

Why should I use an agent as opposed to just buying insurance
online?

You would not go to court without and attorney, much less do surgery without a doctor. Insurance is complicated and can be just as serious an endeavour. An agent is a specialist in their field. Online services work for the company and the agent works for you and there is a serious difference. Trust your assets to a real professional. Consider the alternative of you just guessing you're covered.

Independent v. Captive Agent?

Captive agents primarily work and sell policies for a particular insurance company. An independent agent, like our agency, sells for multiple companies and therefore gives you an advantage of breath and depth of the insurance industry, to see various products from various companies allowing you more flexiblity in your purchases.

What is the best way to reach you?

Call 352-376-9800 Monday -Friday 8-5pm, and make an appointment. In some cases an in-person meeting may not even be needed.

How do I get started?

Click on the banner on the top of the home page that says "START A QUOTE." Please fill out the safe and secure form with all pertinent information. Once the form is completed SEMCAT will forward your information to us and we in-turn can generate your quotes from the multiple companies we represent. This form helps consolidate your information so we are better able to match you with the right company. Not all blanks may apply to your situation.
